NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE RECALL PETITION
TO THE HONORABLE Richard Pan: Pursuant to Section 11020, California Elections Code, the undersigned registered qualified voters of District 6, in the State of California, hereby give notice that we are the proponents of a recall petition and that we intend to seek your recall and removal from the office of State Senate, in District 6, California, and to demand election of a successor in that office.
The grounds for the recall are as follows:
You are hereby charged with high treason for betraying your oath to defend and protect the U.S. and state Constitution.
You sought to censor free-speech by forcing social-media to filter communications through government sponsored “fact-checkers,” despite California law also forbidding the abridgment of free-speech “Every person may freely speak, write and publish… on all subjects.”
Thrice you violated the Political Reform Act §87100 by authoring AB2109, SB277 and SB276 as senator and physician, “No public official at any level of state shall make, participate in making or in any… use his official position to influence a governmental decision in which he knows or has reason to know he has a financial interest.”
Through fallacious reasoning on the dangers of vaccines, including your outrageous claim “water is the most dangerous ingredient in vaccines,” you broke your Hippocratic Oath “first do no harm” and by it caused great injury.
Writing the “Children’s Bill of Rights (SB 18 and SCR 41) you sough to strengthen CPS’ overreach by undermining parental authority and transferring it to the government.
Furthermore, evidence ascertained by a private investigator indicts you for perjury and voter fraud for serving as assemblyman in a district you did not reside.
Elections Code section 11023. (a) Within seven days after the filing of the notice of intention, the officer sought to be recalled may file with the elections official, or in the case of a state officer, the Secretary of State, an answer, in not more than 200 words, to the statement of the proponents. (b) If an answer is filed, the officer shall, within seven days after the filing of the notice of intention, also serve a copy of it, by personal delivery or by certified mail, on one of the proponents named in the notice of intention. (c) The answer shall be signed and shall be accompanied by the printed name and business or residence address of the officer sought to be recalled.
